It turns out that the singer Juan Gabriel has been sued by the couple and Hermelinda Juan de Dios García, who accuse the artist of abusing his son Juan Carlos, when he was 14.
According to reports in some media the alleged rape occurred between 1982 and 1984. A California court was the lawsuit filed by parents of the alleged victim, now 42 years old.
Juan Carlos's father was John Gabriel asked to let his son go to his home in Santa Monica, as he confessed that a nephew has just arrived in the U.S. and did not know English, so I needed someone to keep him company. They trusted and gave him permission to go.
Furthermore Juan Gabriel denied the facts through a letter that states that all allegations are false.
