CONGRATULATIONS TO PAULA RONCERO Noves, who has won at the regional level Christmas Card Contest. Paula belongs to the SPLASH COLOGNE, from our group.
As noted in the contest, designed by Paula card will be used by the Regional Office for Christmas congratulate both the various scout groups, as public institutions and various youth organizations and associations.
